Chester County Public Education Foundation

Statement of Purpose

The Corporation is organized and shall operate exclusively as a non-profit corporation to promote and support activities which are designed for the benefit to, perform the functions of and to carry out the purposes of the Chester County School District.  In pursuit of its purpose, the Corporation shall be authorized to engage in activities including, but not limited to:

1. Attracting funds for projects designed to support improvements in education;
2. Administering scholarship programs;
3. Focusing public attention on educational initiatives; and
4. Any and all lawful activities necessary of incident to the foregoing purpose,

 except as limited in the Corporation’s Articles of Incorporation.
